  1. The Host Branch Secretariat is responsible for the allocation of accommodation. Accommodation will be provided to the delegates at the hotels listed below. Further information on these hotels can be obtained from their respective websites.

  2. CPA Bangladesh Branch will pay for single occupancy unless a participant is accompanied, on bed and breakfast basis at the hotels listed below for the duration of the Conference.

  3. CPA Bangladesh Branch will not pay for extras, such as additional nights' accommodation, meals not offered as part of official programme, alcohol, room service charges, laundry, mini-bar and phone calls. Delegates and participants are required to pay for these facilities at the time of availing these services or at the time of checking out.

  4. On arrival at the hotels delegates and participants should go to the information desks set up in the hotels for registration to collect their conference pass and other materials. Room keys will be issued to the delegates and participants after the registration process is completed.

  5. At check in delegates and participants must provide credit card details to guarantee payment for any extras. Those without credit card will be required to pay cash deposit in US$50 per night. Unused deposit will be refunded upon check-out in the same currency.

  6. Check-in time is 1400 hours and the check-out time is 1200 hours. The host Branch Conference Secretariat could assist delegates and participants wishing to stay for additional nights either before or after the conference. Those who require such assistance should inform the Conference Secretariat well in time so that it can make the necessary arrangements in this regard. The cost involved will be the responsibility of the individual.

  7. In the absence of an official/hosted dinner, meals will be provided to delegates and participants in their respective hotels.
